LSG Sky Chefs Acquires U.S. Retail Company

Irving, Texas / Neu-Isenburg, Germany – LSG Sky Chefs, the world’s largest provider of in-flight services, announced today that its subsidiary LSG Sky Chefs Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. has acquired Constance Food Group, dba Norris Food Services (Norris).  

Norris, formerly a privately held company, is a New York based retail provider and distributor of fresh sandwiches, salads and wraps for the New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey markets.  LSG Sky Chefs operates retail food production business from multiple locations in the U.S. and continues to expand its customer base and business.

"Norris’ state-of-the-art facility and its excellent customer relationships will complement and significantly promote our already existing activities in this important market segment.  Additionally, this deal allows us to build on the rich retail expertise of Norris’ key leaders, Bill Norris and Michael Norris, who will remain as a Member of the Company Board and President of Norris Food Services respectively."
 

Norris Food Services is a privately held manufacturer and distributor of fresh food products to the retail market for the past 20 years. Norris operates out of a state-of-the-art facility based in New York.
